Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Manage subscription from your dashboard or this page and cancel — you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
What happens if I downgrade?
You get a 7-day grace period. Your existing files and links are preserved. New uploads and links follow the free-tier limits after the grace period ends.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free tier is free forever — no card required. You only need a card when you choose to upgrade.
What are the Stripe processing fees?
Stripe charges its standard processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) on top of HandFrame's platform fee. These are paid by your client at checkout.
When does my client pay?
Your client pays before downloading. HandFrame holds the file behind a Stripe Checkout page — clean delivery only happens after payment clears.
